Order Requirements & Fees
Aside from rush orders minimums are not required except when indicated.
 
Items Placed on Will Call
Will call is only available at our Vancouver, WA location. You will be notified when your order is completed and ready for pick-up.  After notification you have sixty 60 days to pick up the order. On the 61st day you will be charged a storage fee of $1.00 per day. After four months your items will be discarded or donated and the storage fee removed from your account. No credits or refunds for those items not retrieved and discarded after four months.
 
Color Representation
Colors may vary from your choices due to color variations that occur among computer monitors. Our products come directly from the manufacturer and match their exact specifications. We cannot accept returns because colors fail to meet your expectations. All sales are subject to our Terms and Conditions.
 
Size Limitations & Tolerances
We have a 1/16" tolerance on all products. This means items will not be replaced if it's only 1/16" larger or smaller than your order. 
 
Frame Size & 1/8" Allowance
Frames we cut will be 1/8" larger than the size you give us. This allowance is standard industry procedure. This means you must measure and provide us the "exact" size of the item your frame fits over. We add the 1/8" allowance - not you.

The cost to ship to you is subject to change at any time without notice.
 
 
Non Rush Order Processing Time
Items are shipped near Portland Oregon & require 5-7 business days prior to shipment.
 
            Ground Transit Delivery Time
  • Northwest - 1-3 business days
  • California & Southwest - 2-4 business days
  • Rockies & Plains - 3-4 business days
  • Midwest & Great Lakes - 4-5 business days
  • Southeast, Mid-Atlantic, & Northeast - 5-6 business days
  • Hawaii and Alaska is approximately 3-5 business days
 
         Also available: Next Day Air, Second Day and Three Day
 
 
Rush Order Processing & Delivery (non oversized items only)
 
          Expedited processing and shipping requirements:
  • $50.00 minimum order or a $20.00 small order rush fee, and 
  • 17% of dollar amount ordered, and 
  • Cost of your preferred expedited shipping method
 
Oversized Items
A package is oversize when the WIDTH + HEIGHT exceeds 54 (united inches).  Example: A box 30" x 24" is (30 + 24) = 54 united inches.
 
Oversize items incur an oversize fee. This fee DOES NOT apply to UNASSEMBLED frames because they will fit into a long & narrower box.
 
Due to risk of shipping damage to "oversized items" we will only make one attempt. Therefore we cannot guarantee order fulfillment of oversized items. Instead oversized items damaged during shipping will be picked up - you will receive a full refund, but they will not be replaced (re-shipped) due to the above average for repeat damage.
 
Oversized and overweight packages will be transported by a freight line (motor freight) and will be curbside delivery only. Transit times usually take longer for freight line deliveries. A delivery signature is required.  Rush orders not available for items transported via freight line.
 
Order Changes & Cancellations
All changes, additions, or deletions must be made by 8:00 PM PST the same day of ordering. There are no exceptions to this policy. All additions or deletions after the 8:00 PM cut-off are subject to terms and conditions here within.
 
Return Items - Custom Products
Made to order and custom cut to orders cannot be returned when there is no error on our part. However you have 15 days to let us know if any of the items are in error or defective. Once your return is approved it will be picked up no charge, and we will replace or refund the defective merchandise upon receipt at our facility. Replacements, credits and refunds cannot be issued without pre-approval and a copy of the receipt.

Return Items - Non Custom Products
Please call us to make arrangements. The item must be unused and in the original state and condition. You are responsible for return shipping with proper packaging. A 12% restocking fee applies. Replacements, credits and refunds cannot be issued without pre-approval and require a copy of the receipt.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are shipped free of charge when priority mail is is used and are not considered merchandise.  Gift certificates do not contribute towards promotional shipping offers or order minimums when combined with other items. 
 
Pricing Disclaimer
In the unlikely event, for whatever reason, a price (prices) are listed incorrectly, or technical issues prevent the price from correctly displaying and/or calculating correctly we reserve the right to refund your payment thereby cancel your order. You will be contacted and afforded the opportunity to reorder at the correct price. 
 
Taxes, Duties, Tariffs or Brokerage Fees
Recipients are responsible for any and all taxes, duties, brokerage fees or tariffs.
